The Central Shenandoah Health District will offer flu shots Friday, October 4.
The vaccine will be offered 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Ashwood Parks and Recreation in Hot Springs.
Flu shots will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Those under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Flu season usually peaks in January and February.
