Randy Taylor was indicted in Nelson County Circuit Court on Tuesday on felony abduction charges.
That's in connection with the disappearance of Nelson County teen, 17-year-old Alexis Murphy.
Murphy has not been seen since August 3.
Taylor will make his next court appearance October 23 in Nelson County Circuit Court.
Taylor is being held without bail at the Charlottesville-Albemarle Regional Jail.
