Lynchburg Police are investigating
the recent death of 47-year-old Timothy Vest of Lynchburg as a suspicious
death.
Vest was found unconscious with a head
injury on Hendricks Avenue, near 12th and Fort.
Vest was taken to Lynchburg General
Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Lynchburg Police have not yet ruled
the death to be a homicide.
