Juvenile Arrested in Amherst County



The Amherst County Sheriff’s office has arrested a suspect for making bomb threats against Amherst County High School.
A male juvenile was arrested for making bomb threats. Making a bomb threat is a Class 5 felony, punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and a $2,500 fine.
Authorities say their investigation continues.
