High School Football Playoffs Update

In high school football playoff action on Friday, in Group AA, in the Region 3 Division 3 semifinals, it’ll be Rockbridge County at home taking on Liberty Friday at 7 p.m. You can hear the game on Classic 96.7, 3WZ starting with the pre-game show at 6:45 p.m.
Also in Division 3, it’ll be Brookville hosting Northside Friday at 7 p.m.
In the Division 4 semifinals in Region 3 Friday, it’ll be Jefferson Forest at Amherst County and William Byrd at Heritage.
In Group A, in Division 1 playoff action, in the East Section, Parry McCluer plays at Sussex Friday at 7 p.m. and you can hear the game on AM-1450, starting with the pre-game show at 6:45 p.m.
Also in Division 1 in the East, it’ll be Covington at Franklin and William Campbell at Altavista.
In Division 2, in the West Section, the match-ups include Riverheads at Wilson Memorial Friday at 7 p.m. and Stuarts Draft at Union Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
