Washington and Lee’s Community Grants Committee is accepting proposals for its Fall 2011 evaluation through Tuesday, November 15.
The program supports non-profit organizations in the Rockbridge area.
Washington and Lee hopes to award a total of $50,000 during the program’s 2011-12 cycle.
The University made $24,500 in grants to various organizations last year, including the Care Box Project, Lexington Police Department Foundation, Project Horizon, and the Rockbridge Area Conservation Council.
