A Buena Vista jury has recommended
a 10-year prison term for Michael O'Hare.
O’Hare was found guilty Friday of
voluntary manslaughter in the stabbing death of his mother-in-law, Susan Smith
Khoshpasand last May.
O'Hare, who had been charged with
first-degree murder, will be sentenced once Judge Michael Irvine receives a
pre-sentence report.
