Lexington and Rockbridge General District Court Judge
Gordon Saunders has dismissed charges of reckless driving and driving on a
suspended license against 37-year-old Ashley Baker of Lexington, in connection with a motor vehicle accident last May that claimed the lives of Baker's 8-year-old daughter and 4-year-old niece.
Saunders on Tuesday found Baker guilty of failing to secure
a child 7 years or younger in a proper safety restraint.
