Officials with the real estate company handling the sale of Natural Bridge and its properties say a tentative deal has been worked out for a nonprofit conservation group to
buy Natural Bridge.
Jim Woltz, president of Woltz & Associates, says while the nonprofit organization will remain anonymous until the agreement is final, the conservation group hopes to purchase the entire 1,600 acres and get the property into the national park system.
The Natural Bridge properties
include the Natural Bridge Hotel, a wax museum and caverns.
