The pastor of the Pentecostal Outreach Church in Buena Vista, Larry Clark, has been arrested and charged with several felonies.
The 61-year-old Clark is facing three felony charges, including two counts of knowingly and intentionally sexually abusing a child under the age of 18 with lascivious intent and child endangerment.
Officials with the Rockbridge County Sheriff’s
Office say the alleged offenses took place in 2011.
The Sheriff’s Office received its first complaint in
connection with the case on August 30.

Clark, who is being held at the Rockbridge Regional
Jail without bond, will make a court appearance Tuesday, Nov. 12.
