A man has been charged by the Virginia State Police with DUI after
a fatal wreck on Wednesday on Otter Hill Road in Bedford County.
The driver, 21-year-old Durham Falabella, was charged with
DUI.
His passenger, 21-year-old Evan Nichols, of Bedford, was killed
in the accident.
Authorities say Nichols was not wearing a seat belt and was
pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
