UVA has Highest Salaries in Virginia

A new report from the American Association of University Professors has found that UVA pays the highest average full-time faculty salaries in Virginia. UVA’s full-time faculty earns just over $109,000 on average.
Washington and Lee University pays the second-highest average full-time salary among state schools, at just under $102,000.
The average salary at the University of Richmond is $99,100. Full-time faculty members at Virginia Tech earn an average $89,400.
