Local master gardeners are getting ready for
their annual Plant Sale in Lexington.
In the past, the event was held on the second Saturday
in May at Waddell Elementary.
Spokesperson Faith Vosburg says they’ve decided
to hold the Plant Sale this year on June 1 at the Washington and Lee Pavilion.
She says one of the reasons for the date change
was the unpredictable weather during the last few weeks of winter.
