New AAA Survey

A new study from the Triple-A has found that half of adults that were surveyed in the U. S. consider gas prices to be too high when prices reach $3.44 per gallon.
The Triple-A survey found that roughly 62 percent offset high gas prices by changing their driving habits or lifestyle, including driving less, driving a more fuel efficient car, working closer to home, and carpooling.
Today’s national average price of gasoline is $3.52 per gallon, but prices currently vary by more than $1 per gallon nationwide. The national average has remained above $3.00 per gallon for 28 consecutive months. Today’s average price in Virginia is $3.40 per gallon.
