Driver Sentenced in Montvale Wreck

22-year-old Aaron Jayne has pleaded guilty to DUI and aggravated involuntary manslaughter, in connection with a fatal accident last fall that claimed the life of 15-year-old Lewis Dickenson.
Jayne was the driver of a vehicle that wrecked on Villamont Road near Montvale last October.
Jayne will spend four years in prison after the judge in the case gave him a year in jail for the DUI and 10 years for manslaughter but suspended seven years of the sentence.
Prosecutors had alleged that Jayne was driving his vehicle at speeds up to 130 miles per hour. They also claimed that blood tests revealed that Jayne's blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
