Virginia’s fall wildfire season is underway.
Forestry officials are asking citizens to use caution when burning
outdoors during fall wildfire season, which runs through the end of November.
They say conditions are ripe for wildfires as leaves dry out and
fall from trees, humidity levels drop, grasses turn brown and winds increase.
