MoneyRates.com has ranked Virginia
the “Best State to Make a Living” in its annual
study.
Virginia
went from fourth place in 2011 to take the top spot in 2012 based on several categories,
including average income and cost of living.
Governor Bob McDonnell says his administration remains
focused on getting Virginians back to work and the state’s economy back on
track.
