The American Cancer Society of Rockbridge County will hold
its annual Relay For Life Kick-Off meeting Thursday, January 19th at VFW Post
1499 at 105 Memorial Lane
in Lexington beginning
at 6:30 p.m.
The Kick-Off meeting is an opportunity for past teams,
cancer survivors, and other groups and individuals interested in forming new
teams, to meet, plan, and gather information about participation in the local
Relay For Life event.
The theme of this year’s Relay, which will be held at Rockbridge County High School
on May 11-12, is “Band Together For Life.”
