Temporary lane closures are being suspended across Virginia
for the holidays.
The Virginia Department of Transportation says lane
closures in temporary work zones will be lifted this week until noon Thursday
and also from noon Dec. 31 to noon Jan. 2.
Travelers can check road conditions on VDOT's travel
information website, www.511Virginia.org, or they can access the service by
calling 511.
