The Virginia State Police have identified the Pennsylvania
truck driver who died Monday when his south-bound tractor-trailer ran off Interstate
81 at the exit ramp at mile marker 141.
Monday’s wreck claimed the life of 52-year-old Richard Lee Heist
Jr. of Paradise, Pennsylvania.
The Virginia State Police continue to investigate the cause
of the crash.
