Mark Herring, the Democratic candidate for attorney general, has maintained his slim lead over Republican Mark Obenshain, after the State Board of Elections Monday completed its certification of the November election.
The official certification gave Herring a 165-vote lead over Obenshain.
Obenshain has 10 days to decide whether he'll seek a recount.
