Former Washington and Lee University president John Wilson
passed away Saturday at the age of 81.
Wilson served as the president of W & L from 1983 to 1995.
Wilson assisted Washington and Lee make the transition to
coeducation in the fall of 1985.
A memorial service for Wilson will be held at a later date.
