Romney at VMI Monday

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will speak at VMI on Monday.
Romney will deliver a major foreign policy speech Monday at 11:20 a.m. at Virginia Military Institute.
A Romney campaign spokesman said Romney plans to draw contrasts between his foreign policy goals and President Obama’s record. Romney will also discuss national defense spending.
