The NFL's regular referee crews will be back on the field
starting Thursday night.
After two days of marathon negotiations, the NFL and the
referees' union have announced that a deal has been reached to end a lockout
that began in June.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said the regular officials
will work the Browns-Ravens game at Baltimore.
The eight-year deal between the referees and the NFL still has
to be ratified by 51 percent of the union's 121 members, who plan to vote
Friday and Saturday in Dallas.
