Authorities say a body that was
discovered recently in Bath County has been confirmed to be the remains of accused
double murderer Beecher Hackney.
Hackney is accused of shooting and
killing his boss and a co-worker at The Homestead in March of 2009.
Hackney’s body was discovered about
seven miles from The Homestead on September 2. Hackney's wallet was found,
along with a handgun and ammunition.
