As of Saturday morning, a winter storm watch remains in
effect for the region.
Officials with the National Weather Service say be on the lookout for wet
snow with possibly some sleet mixed in Sunday. They say they expect wet snow
accumulation of 4 to 8 inches, starting Sunday morning with the heaviest accumulation
Sunday afternoon.Watch out for slick roads, especially at higher elevations. Also be on guard for downed trees.
