Rockbridge County will take on Abingdon in a Group AA Division 3 quarterfinal game Saturday at 3:45 p.m. at James Madison University in Harrisonburg. Waynesboro meets Cave Spring Friday at 8:45 p.m. at the Salem Civic Center.
In a Group A Division 1 quarterfinal match, Parry McCluer takes on Hurley Saturday at noon at Virginia High in Bristol. Galax takes on Castlewood Friday at 7 p.m. at the Salem Civic Center.
Elsewhere, in Group AA Division 4, it's Hidden Valley taking on Heritage Saturday at 6:15 p.m. at the Salem Civic Center while Christiansburg battles Amherst County Saturday at 8 p.m. at the Salem Civic Center.
In girls quarterfinal action,in Group AA Division 4, it's Carroll County taking on Staunton River Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Salem Civic Center while Salem meets Broadway Saturday at 7:15 p.m. at JMU.
In Group A Division 1, Covington takes on Haysi Saturday at 4:30 p.m. at the Salem Civic Center.
