Volpe Lawsuit

Another trial will be held next summer when it comes a $9 million lawsuit that was brought against the city of Lexington by the family of Charles Volpe.
The jury trial is set for June 25-29. The location is still to be determined.
Charles Volpe drowned in the Maury River near the dam at Jordans Point Park in April 2006. Jordans Point Park is owned by the city of Lexington.
