Saturday Deadline

Voters have until Saturday to apply and vote absentee in person for the Nov. 8 election.

Completed absentee ballots must be received by the State Board of Elections by the time the polls close at 7 p.m. next Tuesday.

Local registrar offices will be open on Saturday to handle in-person absentee voters. Because of legislative redistricting, the State Board of Elections encourages voters to check with registrars to make sure of their polling place.
