Friday Night Football

 In high school football playoff action Friday night, in Region 3 of Division 3, Rockbridge County plays at Brookville in the regional semifinals. Game time will be 7 p.m. and the pre-game show starts Friday night at 6:45 on Classic 96-7, 3WZ.

In other Group AA playoff action Friday, Staunton River plays at Jefferson Forest, Amherst County is on the road at Broadway, Robert E. Lee visits Northside and Salem plays at Magna Vista.

In Group A, in the Division 1 playoffs, Bath County plays at Covington and Altavista visits Sussex. In Division 2 action, it’s Stuarts Draft at Riverheads and Wilson plays at Appomattox.
