The driver of a refrigeration company van pleaded guilty on
Monday to a hit-and-run accident that killed two motorcycle riders in Louisa
County.
30-year-old Kenneth Wadford of Cumberland entered the pleas
to involuntary manslaughter and hit-and-run.
Wadford will be sentenced on January 16.
